From 9:07-15:07 i.e. day is 6 hours "long" today in Lahti, Finland. This was taken @11.01, sun doesn´t rise much more than this. In winter when sun is shining it´s freaking cold. Looks kinda nice but not always a pleasure to live with. Almost freezed my candy-ass and it´s only 1000 steps round trip to my local grocery and back. Feels like every year it´s colder and darker. Can´t stand the winter. So home hibernating for me until April or May. See you then. 😁 Tschüs! 👋

DeleteI was in Turku today and it was partly sunny, well clear, windless and -6. Quite OK.
ReplyDeleteWe had the same, except wind was chilly. Felt way colder than thermometer reading.
