July Market

This Thai-lady was very happy to serve me. It´s always a pleasure to see genuine smile on somebodys face. There´s Market on every months first wednesday in Lahti, Finland. I bought new potatoes this time. 

Market Place was very crowded, little rain doesn´t bother anyone it seems.

There´s bit of everything on sale. Handcrafted stuff in this booth.

Loistava biisi. Mahtavat kitarariffit ja asiasanoitus. Inkkareiden puolella Länkkäreitä vastaan, ihan kuin itsekin. Altavastaajien puolella on helpompi olla ilmeisesti. 

Sittemmin mies on - mitä ilmeisemmin - menettänyt järkensä. On NRA;n (National Rifle Association);in puheenjohtajistossa. Tää porukka on siis se asehullujen oma etujärjestö. Politiikan puolella hän on anti-Obama Pro-Trump miehiä.

Mutta ei kai siinä, nauttikaa biisistä. Se on edelleen pirun hyvä vaikka mies onkin mennyt pilalle.

Yesterday I took a bus ride. I noticed this black lady with a baby carriage. She was looking at her screen and her toddler was stairing her own mobile. If one wants to preoccupy his/hers baby the mobile is the easy way out on the short run. But I bet in the long run that can´t be good for babies. Just pondering how will they turn out eventually. Well it remands to be seen I guess. Weekend Street/Reflections

Going in there was couple of dudes hanging in there. Are they resting after shopping or bracing themselfs to shop. Hard to say. Inter Sport is global player, the Inter is probably short for International. Other wise it´s bit grim, Inter that is. City Market is big Finnish player, if not the biggest.

It´s always nice to see an immigrant working in Finland. Due to racism next to nobody hires them. You can´t choose workers by nationality but it´s easy to bypass. Most working places demand it´s workers to be fluent in Finnish, most of immigrants aren´t all that fluent with it. Many don´t speak a word of Finnish. It´s a loophole in legislation for sure. And it´s a pity.

Very many workers in shops are students making ends meat. Pay is low and work is hard so not too popular place of employment. Turnover rate in these places is very high. Most don´t make enoughf money to pay their bills, many gets some sort of social security from coverment due the poor pay.

Almost there, looks like I survived the Super Market. Barely but still. I´m outta here.

All those people and no mobile in sight. Almost mission impossible these days. The immigrant on right noticed my camera and looks very interested of it. The other one I was facing didn´t notice me at all. I´m wondering why he has only one glove. Well maybe he lost the other one who knows.

Local Pizzeria & Kebab

The owner of the place is an Irak Kurd. I´ve being ordering very many pizzas/kebans over the years. When I order I introduce myself by my surname. He never asks my address because he knows where I live, he´s been here so many times. Here he´s fixing something in his Hybrid Lexus. I´ve played at least the rims and tyres of it I reckon. I lived this place for 18 years now so that´s not even exaggerating a bit.                               The Weekend in Black n´ White

It doesn´t matter if you´re black, brown, yellow or green you´re fiddling with your mobile.
Me personaly I don´t get it. If you can listen to your thoughts for a 10min. I think that at least borderlines addiction. What will come out of the kids of today if they can´t leave it alone for a second. Goes with the adults too. It´s a disease, a plague. World today is very strange place, I can´t compute even half of it. Well, I´m a dinosaur after all.

Indians (curry type not tomahawk variety)

 I was sitting in this shopping mall. The fella on left talked to this woman in right. Ain´t no linguist but it sounded Indian to me. You don´t see them too often in my neck of woods. You know; they´re pretty much on the other side of the globe. Long way to come visit in Finland. Or maybe they´re immigrants, who knows. Well, there´s room for those who behaves in here. Those who don´t (i.e. does something criminal) should be send back to what ever Fuckistan they came from.

Many folks don´t like immigrats in general. The right winged populist party had around 20% of votes in recent parlamentary election. They are second biggest party in our parlament for next 4 years. Their main goal is to forbit immigrants who come here as refugees. They only want those who are well educated and will certainly work for living. Bit rasist don´t you think. It´s sad to see they´re so many in Finland. If the populists would leave Finland this would be better place. Why not move to Russia. It would rise both countrys mediocre IQ. 😁
