Oh, I don't know. Looks like a fine age to me. Probably only about four. After a long day no parent wants to carry a four or five year old! Easier to wrangle them too. The child doesn't look too old for a stroller to me. (Speaking as a mom of former stroller-riders!)
I agree but maybe he has an issue to deal with.
