This is a market place of my beloved hometown Lahti, Finland. Not alot action in a ordinary weekday morning. Couple dozen - or so - peoples in those outdoor cafe´s on the right. But that´s about it really.
Judging the photo it´s huge. It´s due me using 16mm (on a full frame). It enormously exaggerates the depth perspective. I mean; look at one of those stones on foreground, one of them could easily cover that church tower in the horizon. Which is 40m (131ft) tall. So there you have it.

Yesterday I walked pass the Market Place. I saw these handcrafted Cats & Dogs. Now looking closer I find myself wanting one. It would make nice mascot for my camerabag. Only 5€, that´s a bargain. Hell, I might even buy myself a pair of those. Meow & Bark!!

Was the most popular month in this blogs short history with 5514 pageviews. Normal month is around 1K to 2K. Recently I´ve had plenty of visitors from Singapore. Don´t know why that is. Maybe I visited some blog from there and people found me that way. Well, who knows.
This Thai-lady was very happy to serve me. It´s always a pleasure to see genuine smile on somebodys face. There´s Market on every months first wednesday in Lahti, Finland. I bought new potatoes this time.
Market Place was very crowded, little rain doesn´t bother anyone it seems.
There´s bit of everything on sale. Handcrafted stuff in this booth.
It´s been very warm lately. I presume her work is pretty much everyday all day due that.
