I agree but this is where you go to underground parking. And it has toilet too. So no shops in this building unfortunetly. But it´s in Down Town area so no lack of small shops there. 🙂
do you have free public WCs? this is something that really annoys me in Brussels - lack of them, and you have to pay (result - all town is just a huge open toilet).

ReplyDeleteYeah. It´s probably bit old expression. It´s kinda funny it´s called that in Finland. After all WC comes from English. Dunno why it´s like that.
