Every month´s first Wednesday there´s Fair in Market Place of Lahti, Finland. Tons of people. SDP´s (Social Democratic Party) stand had many visitors. They´re serving free coffee and snacks to go with it. Funny thing in Finland; if somebody gives free anything there´s a crowd. And a line around the block. Free plastic buckets are a real crouwd pleaser. I shit you not. Why take free anything if you don´t need it in the first place. People are strange. Another funny thing; note the amount of black clothing. National Outfit of Finland in Winter.
Slight overcast with hint of blue sky. Skywatch Friday
Suomalaiset, tuo tyynesti jonottava kansa mustissaan :D

DeletePeople here love to wear bright coloured clothes during the winter.
ReplyDeleteVery different in here. And I´m one these men in black too. Black goes with anything. Especially with black. 🙂
DeleteThe dress code in Melbourne is also sheer black. A feature of the town here too
ReplyDeleteBit warm in Summer time I reacon. If Sun is shining that is.
DeleteI think it's the same in the U.S. People will take anything if it's free. Although, the hot coffee there must have been desired.
ReplyDeleteCup of fresh hot coffee tastes best outdoors. Especially in Winter time. ☕
Delete...black clothes are popular here too. During the dark days of winter no one can see you walking.
ReplyDeleteThose pedestrian safety reflectors comes in handy.
DeleteI'll show up for the hot coffee, but I don't want the free stuff. Oh, and I don't like all black dress. Too depressing. Yes, people are strange!
