Funny when the traffic signs are covered with snow...
It´s drivers responsibility to know what the sign says. I remember few cases where drivers had speeding tickets cause the sign was covered in snow and they didn´t lower their speed recordinly. Who stops to clean traffic signs? Nobody that´s who.
What a beautiful and colorful scene, if unsafe for a driver.
Most use spiked wheel in Winter time. Other use friction wheels. We lived here for ever so we´ve got used to this. Business as usual.

The light is surreal!
Yeah. It´s hard to see with naked eye but Canon/GIMP-combination exaggerates the colors. Kinda Velvia Colors of today if you know what I mean.
