Some folks are. This takes me back to 80´s. Few of my mates was punk rockers back in a day.
It takes a LOT of hair spray to counteract any wind ;) Well spotted!

Today they´re rare as a Russian Opposition Politician. But there´s some hanging on apparently.

A really colorful bunch - Even in black & white!
The Dude´s hair was Blood Red but not much other than that was colorful per se.
