They are organizing their shopping, Are you still using plastic bags there in supermarkets? They got banned here 5 years ago.
Many people use bags that can be used for years to come. But not all. I buy plastic bag only when I need new garbage bag (around once/week). Theyre recycled but plastic never the less. That ban sounds like a good idea.
