There´s a restaurant, a home appliance repair shop and a small grocery. When we was kids there used to be 2 groceries, 2 banks, 2 kiosks, a kiosk of fast food, a bar, a restaurant and a barber shop. It was very lively place back then. Now there´s a huge shopping center near by and everything - and more - has moved to there. They´re gonna wreck one of these old malls and build a place for eldery people in stead. Not much happening nowadays, not in the skies nor under it. Skywatch Friday
It is amazing how much retail has changed in the just the last several years.
ReplyDeleteLet alone in few decades.
DeleteInteresting and sad how a big shopping center or big box store can change a small town. That's a pretty sky!
ReplyDeleteI agree on both. 🙂

DeleteOh I think the sky is most interesting. One looks like a fish eating a snack :-)
ReplyDeleteNow that you´ve said it it does look like that. 🙂
DeleteSadly, it seems senior residences are becoming more and more common.
ReplyDeleteIn Finland after WWII very many people was born. They´re called "the Biggest Generation". After that birth rate dropped. So eldery people are plenty in Finland.
DeleteGood sky capture.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jim!
DeleteThe sky is gorgeous! The architecture is unique and stylish as well
ReplyDeleteYou´re looking at it as a outsider. To me that´s a norm.
